Aptiv and Comau are advancing development of next-generation industrial automation technologies designed to support more adaptive and intelligent manufacturing and logistics environments.
The collaboration focuses on robotics, autonomous systems, AI-enabled warehouse automation, industrial safety architectures, and edge computing technologies intended to strengthen operational flexibility and industrial automation capabilities across complex manufacturing environments.
The companies are combining Aptiv’s sensing, edge computing, software, and connectivity technologies with Comau’s industrial robotics and automation deployment expertise to evaluate future applications involving AI-assisted industrial systems and real-time operational decision-making.
