Critical Manufacturing Acquires Convanit for Visual AI

Critical Manufacturing, global industry experts in next-generation Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), has announced its recent acquisition of Convanit, an AI specialist in image-based analytics for high-tech manufacturing. The move enhances the Critical Manufacturing Data Platform, enabling customers to apply visual AI for greater precision, automation, and actionable insight.

Convanit’s flagship solution, “c-Alice,” is an image classification engine designed for complex industrial environments. It allows manufacturers to quickly create and deploy custom AI models for visual inspection without requiring specialized programming or data science skills.
