FAULHABER has recently introduced its new 1218 SXR and 1228 SXR DC motors, expanding its miniature drive system portfolio with enhanced performance, flexibility, and customization options.
The SXR series is designed to meet the evolving demands of high-precision applications across automation, medical, and semiconductor industries.
Enhanced Performance and Versatility
The SXR series DC motors feature a wide range of configuration options, including voltage variants from 3V to 18V, multiple bearing configurations, and customization options for front and rear shaft modifications, as well as vacuum and temperature-resistant applications.
Electrical connections can also be tailored to specific application requirements. Optimized rotor balancing ensures smooth operation and increased longevity.
Hexagonal Coil Technology for Improved Efficiency
At the core of the SXR series is a hexagonal coil design, engineered with a high copper filling factor and straight wiring. This design provides higher efficiency and enhanced performance compared to traditional pin coils. The motors also incorporate an advanced magnet grade, improving magnetic induction amplitude and temperature stability.
All components in the FAULHABER SXR series comply with the European Union’s Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive.
