Powered by the LocusONE™ platform, the Locus Vector is designed to enhance warehouse productivity, flexibility, and scalability. The robot can manage larger payloads and complex multi-step workflows, supporting operations in industries such as 3PL, retail, and healthcare.

The Locus Vector is already operational at multiple sites, including leading 3PLs and a global apparel and footwear retailer in Europe. Its ability to accommodate larger payloads and adapt to diverse order dimensions makes it a practical solution for dynamic, high-throughput environments.

“This CE certification for Locus Vector allows us to bring the benefits of our flexible warehouse automation solution to more customers globally,” said Denis Niezgoda, Chief Commercial Officer, International, at Locus Robotics. “Vector’s exceptional payload capacity, mobility, and seamless integration into LocusONE™ make it the ideal solution for robust automation in industries like 3PL, retail, and healthcare. Customers are already seeing increased flexibility and efficiency by deploying Vector alongside their Locus Origin fleets or standalone.”

Complementing Existing Robotic Automation Fleets

The Locus Vector integrates seamlessly with Locus Origin fleets, expanding automation capabilities for workflows requiring higher payloads or specialized handling, such as case picking, replenishment, and returns. The LocusONE™ platform enables real-time fleet optimization, productivity tracking, and integration with warehouse management and enterprise resource planning systems, allowing businesses to incrementally scale automation without significant infrastructure changes.

By picking directly from pallets, both Locus Vector and Locus Origin eliminate the need for decanting, reduce labor costs, and provide a flexible alternative to traditional systems such as AS/RS and G2P, which may struggle with heavier items or complex workflows.

Customer Deployments Highlight Versatility and Efficiency

Examples of Locus Vector deployments include a UK-based 3PL automating wine distribution with Vector, enabling bottle picking directly onto mobile pallet dollies. A retailer in Czechia uses Locus Vector for large-volume replenishment tasks, while Locus Origin robots handle picking workflows. The LocusONE™ platform orchestrates these processes in real time, optimizing productivity and adapting to operational demands.
