Phoenix Contact has introduced the Monitoring Case System (MCS), a versatile housing series designed for sensor, IoT, and IIoT applications. The MCS features wall-, pole-, and DIN rail-mountable enclosures that allow

for quick PCB installation, mounting, and maintenance. Available in IP65 and IP67 ratings for protection in harsh environments, the MCS also offers an IP40-rated option for less demanding conditions. The enclosures are built to withstand a 2-joule impact, meeting IK07 standards.
The MCS’s clamshell edge design accommodates PCBs in either half-shell, offering flexible mounting and multiple connection directions. Optional hinges make installation and maintenance easier, allowing the cover to remain connected while technicians keep their hands free during service. This reduces the risk of accidental damage to valuable electronics.
The MCS is available in a range of cover options, sizes, and colors, enabling designers to create custom solutions. A variety of accessories and connection technologies complement the MCS, and custom printing, marking, and mechanical processing are available.
